伊勢一刀彫と伊勢

三重・伊勢には天照大御神ならびに豊受大御神が御鎮座されている"神宮"があります。

伊勢一刀彫では、神宮にちなんだモチーフとして「神鶏」「代参犬」があります。

そのほか「蟇」も伊勢のモチーフとして有名です。

“一刀彫 結”  をとおして、三重・伊勢を知る・みる・体験する、きっかけになれれば幸いです。

Ise-Ittobori and Ise

Ise, Mie is the home to the holy shrine (Jingu) that worships goddesses Amaterasu and Toyouke-Omikami. The traditional wooden sculpture Ise Ittobori has motifs such as the sacred chicken (shinkei), pilgrim dog (daisanken), and Japanese toad (hikigaeru). “Ittobori Yui” hopes to open up the door to know, see and experience the sacred site of Ise, Mie.
